SugarCRM
The goal of the project was to install, adapt and manage the SugarCRM software after a training session given to the users.
The adaptations needed to the software were minimal and easy to implement thanks to Sugar's included customisation tools. All users got up to speed rapidly and are now using the software to efficiently collaborate.
